Rental Assistance                         (Small CA Counties)

Every year, over 10,000 individuals are released from California state prisons to rural and small counties, where housing is scarce and 72% face immediate homelessness or severe housing instability.

Our program, funded by the BSCC Adult Reentry Grant, provides critical rental assistance and move-in support to break this cycle. Data shows that with just 6 months of housing stability, recidivism rates drop by up to 50% and employment prospects double.

We don't just provide a security deposit; we provide a foundation. By stabilizing housing, we break the prison-to-homelessness cycle, preserve dignity, and reduce recidivism..

For Every Family

Generational poverty isn't just passed down—it's enforced. For low-income families, the challenge isn’t losing wealth—it’s never having the chance to build it.

Over 700 million people live in extreme poverty, and in the U.S. 1 in 6 children grow up below the poverty line. For these families, the next generation doesn't start from scratch—they start from a deficit.

Without protection, the next generation inherits inequity, debt, and lost opportunity. We partner with insurers to deliver affordable life insurance and financial tools that foster stability and generational resilience in California’s underserved communities.
